Center Point is one of the largest "A" category office building developments in Budapest, offering 41.000 sqm office space. Center Point is a flagship-development of GTC Hungary and one of the most successful office buildings in Budapest today, as both Center Point I and Center Point II are fully leased. Center Point is located in the city's XIII district on the Váci út next to the metro on the Pest side of Árpad Bridge and has parking for 600 cars.

The first phase was completed in 2003, the second phase, Center Point II was completed in 2006 and was officially handed over by the XIII district mayor during the opening ceremony held on 13. june same year.
